READ: Starting last night, August 7, the curfew for minors has been enforced from 10 in the evening to 4 in the morning.
Children shall be strictly prohibited from loitering, lying and sleeping in public places of the City.
This is in accordance with ordinance no. 013 or the revised Ormoc child welfare code of 2016. | VAW
